In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend that you do so quickly and easily by going to our store.
Once you are in the store, the person in charge will make the return and give you a document confirming it. We recommend that you keep this document.
You must have the receipt for any exchange or return.
You can exchange an item purchased on our website only in our store within 15 days from the date of the delivery. The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (same reference number), by colour and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.
Defective or Faulty Product
If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to go to one of our stores in the same market where you purchased the item.
Once in the store, an attendant will check the condition of the garment. In the event that the defect is confirmed and the store has the item in stock, we will exchange or return the item according to your preference and the stock.
