Types of Shipments and Delivery Periods

These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process.
Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.
During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries could have a delay. In addition, store delivery may not be available. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the customisation of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area.
Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.
For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Aparthotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and / or similar.
Return Process
Returns deadline is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date. The cost will be deducted from the amount refunded (19,95 €).
You cannot return articles of underwear, swimsuits without hygienic sticker, earrings, hosiery or socks. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt).
Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. Under the aforementioned terms, you can return an item requesting a home collection from your account.
Maison 123 Paris - Malta reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
IMPORTANT: Should you want to return items from several orders (or more than one order), it is essential that you request collection for each one and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Maison 123 Paris Malta is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different order.
When selecting a delivery method not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss.
