Delivery

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:

• Pick-up in store: 3 - 5 working days - FREE
• Standard Home Delivery: 2 - 3 working days – FREE when spending more than €50.00. Otherwise a €5.00 charge applies.
• Express home: Next Business day (orders before 2:00pm) – €10.00

Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.

During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries could have a delay. Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.

For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Aparthotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and / or similar.
